Has a really bad shake when going straight, not turning just straight. I don't know what it exactly could be so I'm just gonna try one thing at a time. It also has a bad miss when pulling, but i think that just has to do with the points not sure though. and your average body clean up I guess you could say and a new coat of paint. Not too bad for a first time project I'd say.Nice truck! What's it need done to it?
That's one fine rig.My '53 XM211. Maybe I'll get time this summer away from college to work on it some, alot to do and so little time.

My truck had a bad shake the day I bought it. Turns out it was a combination of a low driver side tire and the truck had sat for a while. Maybe a flat spot on the tire from sitting. You might try swaping some wheels/tires from front to back. It doesn't fix your problem, just moves it to a different axle, but that way you can rule out something more serious. One or both tires could be out of round.Has a really bad shake when going straight, not turning just straight. I don't know what it exactly could be so I'm just gonna try one thing at a time. The guy that had it before me took the original off and put this one on, I'm not sure what it is from. I'll have to look closer when i get back home.Hi Baloo, What kind of fuel tank is mounted on your truck?
