[Third From Texas]

I'm going too start with what's pre-run. There were 120v and 208v outlets as well as 24v.

It's all singles made up into runs, and I have a number of rolls of 12 and 14 single. I figure between what I have on hand and what I gut from existing, I'm covered.

And a buddy game me a couple 50' reels of 14/3 and 12/2 HD underground stuff (but it's too heavy and bulky to use in the tray).

Got the wall standoffs cut and mocked up. Still need to do the rivnuts behind it, then drop my electrical outlets, and finally pull it all apart for paint. Had to use 15" centers 9opposed to the standard 16"). All three sections I had to make were 90" so it was just easier to bring the studs in to 15".

Was rained out several days this week so surprised I got any work done (my saws and stuff are all outdoor use as the garage is full of build junk).

More rain in the weekend forecast so painting may be on hold if it comes. Funny, we were 12" below normal for the year and we got 12" of rain the past week (not uncommon nor climate change BS, the tropical season is when we get it).

But I'm getting closer. I have my insulation sheets on site but not my actual wall paneling. Really wanting to get the walls done, though so I can start bolting things down. I've completely missed my build window of trying to be fishing after Labor Day weekend. I'm a month out at this rate.

Looking great ! Im just throwing this out there for mental consumption instead of all the P.I.A. rivnuts what about run a bead of the locktite down the backside of each 2x2 and pick up a 5lb box of 2 in self tapping drywall screws from lowes with the red label.

And put them about every foot and use a reg electric drill with a philips instead of a screw gun if you have one i just find it so much easier when doing alot of screwing like putting a deck floor down .

And pick up a couple rolls of aluminum tape like they use on hvac duct work the 4 in wide rolls and run it up every 2x2 stud so it hangs over both sides to stick to your insulation boards makeing a vapor barrier and it wont get in the way of the paneling .

Then it all up to how you want to mount the paneling to the studs ! screws / no screws // glue / also you might hang the paneling like drywall and leave a 1/2 in gap above the floor so when the truck does get flooded it wont wick the moisture up thru the paneling and do the bottom 2x2s as well just use a couple 1/2 spacers when you install permanent then go all the way around the floor under the bottom stud with a bunch of clear silicone would go along ways to keeping those walls dry .

Theres NOTHING to dread on the electrical ! Find you some 300 watt or better used solar panels 3 will probly do you great down there in all the sun ! Read up on the solar panels i cant remember but one kind you want the other you dont and get with any body in boat /houseboats ect like folks that work on the boats big enough to live on will be your best source for big AGM batteries when one of the cook off they usally replace both or all 3 so they just turn the good ones in for cores to the battery delivery truck so you offer the boat shop the core price for a couple or just a little more and put a meter on the ones they offer before you hand over money is the cheapest way to get into these 600 a piece AGMs ! Cores are usally about 75 bucks for the 4d s https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai...2ahUKEwiMm9SP9576AhUMC98KHQjpAUQQuxd6BQgBEPID This is the most bullet proof easy to understand controller and remote for what your doing with your truck !

And the 110 wire is also a breeze you already have the outlets wired and mounted all you have to do is split the 2 sides of the truck in a 6 or 8 breaker 50 amp panel and run you a new orange #12 extension chord thru your 2x2 studs to any spot you want 12 volt to be on your walls and ceiling to run the 12v led puck lights that you push in the mount hole so all your lighting is pulling on house batteries and the draw nothing in the big picture and also cheap to buy like in 6 or 10 packs on amazon

Me personally... No. Nothing on big green trucks or trailers all week long. The weather has been really nice. Cool. Breezy. Sunny. Generally a great weather week. Been cranking about 12 hours a day at work though - so no work accomplished on the trucks.

It has been B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L weather here that ive been wineing for all summer ! I did clean inside the camper yday and finish some little last min touch ups and have the the 2 roof to windshield bars done and waiting for my free 2 in id pipe to finish the nerf bars . Need to get out there and pre drill all the mounting plates and i dont have enough 2 in to make the 6 mounting feet so i will wait ! No need to rush

Ive called every escort number in knoxville and told all of em that there is an AMWAY convention in Oak ridge that weekend and ive got plenty off booze and cigars so its a win win LMAO !

Yeah, once I get the walls up I can move all the crap I have piled up all over my house and get it back into the truck. I figure a couple of weeks and it should really be taking shape.

No kidding. It's hot and sweaty down here in northern Mexico.

First real cold front of the year pushed thru Monday (that ends our hurricane season here, sorry Florida). I had planned to jam on the truck while it was cooler but my brother popped down on short notice.
