Have you looked into (the horror) off brand ( Nexen, Mastercraft, etc. ) tires ? If you are wanting to stick with surplus for look or "authenticity" that is admirable and I certainly understand. Unless you have an " I won't use anything but . . ." stance, tires are one of the few parts of your vehicle where you have a ton of choices. I LOVE Goodrich, always have, always will but they are owned by Michelin now. There was a time that I wouldn't have owned a Michelin tire if it was given to me. Just saying, decide what you are going to use it for, then do your research is all.
