Not exactly, I repaired the Sprague last month. It was about a 16 hour job with the tools I had to work with. I did paint the 5 ton and my deuce last week though. I had to get them ready for a show this weekend. Hope I'm through painting for awhile! I used six gallons of paint.

The other day I notice some bubbles in paint near the tie down outside ring on the cargo bed. Looking close I see the welds are not completly arounf the full circle. Water seeps between the backing plate and the wall of the cargo box. YES I would rust. Under the layers and layers of paint the rust was forming. I got out the nail gun and starting chipping away. I did have one hole but the others were surface rust. In any regards another problem found and taking care of. Be aware of these tire down rings hidding rust!

Painted my M923 this week

I painted my truck this week, started Tuesday at noon and finished today (Saturday) at noon. Had a great time doing it and it came out great, I used a high build two part primer made by Awl Grip and sealed it with a acrylic paint made by Awl Grip and a flattening agent. Next week I'm doing all the stencils, name plates on bed, reflectors and some other stuff. Attached are some pics., hope you guys enjoy them. Sorry the pics. might be out of order.
