The wiper arms are just installed 180* out. The motors have a knurled stud that the arm presses on to. Nothing Special, just like most civy trucks and most cars.
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
Now where I live that is tricky as the Miss river divides New Orleans but with the curves is not as straight forward as you might think east & west bankNo what it is, is that the humvees east of the misssissippi are on the right and west of the Mississippi are on the left!
or that I live in Colorado and some pothead changed them at night!
It looks plenty fine as is, but:Took the side boards off getting ready for prep for paint.
Thanks. Just a fresh camo.It looks plenty fine as is, but:
- Desert Tan, or maybe another camo job?
Thought about doing the same, but as soon as you rotate the tires the tread pattern will be out of whack again.Changed all 4 tires around to where the tread is facing the right way... yes all 4.. checked hub oil while I was in there. Cleaned and painted the suspension and hit all the grease fittings. Waiting on my 4 man top and she's road ready!!!!! I thought I could put the wrenches down for a day or three and a new Humvee owner pulled in and wants his checked out.. Not complaining, just another day. I enjoy working on mv's especially if I'm getting paid for it!!!!
Same here ...lol I'm just givin ya crap. I'm the same way with things like that!
the worst is if I'm working on something on my truck and I don't get it done before I have to head in to the family, or
worst if I break something right before I go in! I won't sleep!
finishing ground harness installation today. I had some 10g wire so i decided to make my own, just had to buy attachments/ends. Ran it all nicely with other wires, i just have to crimp all 4 together and attach last bolt to the head.
After that i'll volt meter test my glow plus and replace if needed and try start on its own.
