Real nice!
Looks like a neat idea!kicking around the idea of mounting a rear camera on the humvee. Any opinions? I was able to design a bracket that allowed me to mount the camera without putting holes in the soft top.

Wow, that's pretty good work and very clever!I fitted mine into the base of a standard antenna mount. Just a bit of creative metalwork to the bracket and job done. Thought I would need it to make reversing a bit easier but have never turned it on...lol

Thank you. Yes the M101A3 is really hard to get even in wisconsin, and just to think, I was thinking about trading it for the Humvee trailer (M1102) but I'm pretty sure that would be a mistake? This M101A3 is a real trailer. She's all steel and really tuff! It's 1Ton Chassis with the 3/4 Ton box and thicker frame is simply..."OverKill." And thats the way i like it.
Just put on your AN-PVS 7s, no camera needed. Of course, they're a little more pricy than a camera...both of those are slick set ups for the cams. anyone ever mount one maby a more powerful one facing forwards to drive around with no lights on at night? off road off course
I would love a set but thinking back I hated driving with em on. I dident mind the thermal dve thoughJust put on your AN-PVS 7s, no camera needed. Of course, they're a little more pricy than a camera...
BaaaadaaasssssI mounted an old nightsight 2000 thermal system with full 360 degree joystick operation. A bit bulky but works a treat. It`s mounted on the rh side of the roof and on the lh side I have a remote operated search light plus a bracket for the GPS antenna.
