I've got a similar problem with my 803a. It will run under load (50-70%) for 10-15 min and then trip the overload. If I load it up to 100% or more it trips within a few minutes. With advice from jamawieb, I've taken the top cover off and used electrical contacts cleaner on the reconnection...

Oh, also make sure you check oil levels in the drivetrain. Hubs, diffs, tranny. Probably a good idea to buy and carry some gear oil and a tube of RTV silicone.
