I looked these up and they appear to be the FMTV (longer bed) and not the 12.5 ft LMTV. The price is great though and included free shipping.

Wouldn't unplugging the solenoid behind the kick panel also cause the fan to come on? Of course you would have to have your nut driver and correct socket along for the cover bolts. Mark, I'm glad it snapped to life and started working once you lowered the cab and got underway.

That sounds correct as the rear is a full floating axle setup and fluid from the rear diff can flow out to the bearings at the hubs. I believe filling properly at the rear diff plug is correct lubrication for hubs. The LO addresses this by calling out one lube for the rear and has separate...

I found a tan HMMWV cargo cover in the bed of my LMTV when purchased. I'll let it go cheap if someone needs one for experimentation.

I just sorted out a fan issue myself, but it involved the air solenoid behind the passenger kick panel. It is much quieter with that working properly! Now we can build some heat since the weather is starting to turn more fall-like.
