I use it on my HEMTT wheels and have also used it on 5 ton super singles. Works great.

I don't think the Johnson lever has any affect on rear line connections, just the 5th wheel trailer connections.

The marker lights are on a separate switch. Turn on lights at the 3 lever switch then there is a toggle forward of that under the Jake Brake switches marked as clearance lights. Flip it up and recheck your lights. It is the bottom toggle on the left.
