Use it to help brake going down hill. Run it before going up a big hill to pre-cool the radiator, then turn it off when when the fan kicks on right as the truck is falling on it’s face near the top of the hill.

Assuming the same pump as my A2. Pump is rated at 27 gpm, 3000 psi, and 2700 rpm max., but pressure needs regulated to 1700-1800 psi, and with pto ratio, engine rpm is 1800 max.
