Can you post a picture of your broken bolt? The rest of them you should be able to quickly warm the threaded ears on the cylinder head up one at a time with a torch without getting too much heat in the bolt, touch a candle to the threads to hopefully get some wax to wick back in them, then...

Any decent machinist should be able to turn the shaft down and cut a press fit bushing for you.

After shorting the alternator, you might want to at minimum check it and the PCB out before going on an 1-1/2hr drive. 24 volts and 2500 amps does amazing things!

I think a good place to start is to see what series yokes that you can get, or they have on them.

You may want to look for a smaller wattage heater if 1500w gets the cab hot quickly and short cycles.
