Yes, the large vertical cannon plug is the diagnostic port, guessing around 50 pin, will try to get a photo tonight. I’m guessing item 20 is something different.
The small 4 pin has a single jacketed SOO type cord going straight into the back of it so the conductor count is unknown until I find...
One of these days I need to do some sanding on the bumper and see what the other unit markings are.
Yep, If no one knows what it is, I’ll track down where the other end goes and see if I can figure out what each pin is connected to.
I use mine all the time doing a lot of work off road, plus airing down to help prevent tearing up yards or breaking down the edges of asphalt driveways.
I did however go with a manual setup on top of the auto controller, so I typically leave my controller unplugged so I can regulate my tires...
You got me searching around this morning
Anyone know what this plug is for, appears to be a 4 pin quick lock? Also looks to be an addition with the lack of paint and half assed zip tied across the bottom of the dash. Didn’t have time to trace it but seems to go through the firewall over near...
Sorry, I gave you the wrong location for the front CTIS QR valve. It’s on top of the crossmember at the end of my screw driver in the photo. Valve under the crossmember is the brake valve.
The noise in the video is your CTIS doing a pressure check. Air is released from the QR vale under the radiator crossmember as well as inside the drivers frame rail above each rear axle. To confirm, with the truck powered down, unplug the cannon plug from the controller mounted on the shift tower.
This one was a little more catastrophic. 55 mph, 12 ton in the bed on a 98 degree day with only 70 psi in the tires. You could say I was asking for it.
Can’t find pictures of the other one that I ran a 2” diameter stump through in the woods at Haspin.
I finally got my cheap, train horns mounted.
Couldn’t find a enough room under the hood to mount them without some real elaborate bracketry, until I realized just mount them to the hood.
Still need to paint the heads of the stainless bolts.
I tee’d into the existing horns, they all compliment...
Yes, NPT plug. Once you figure out what size it is, when it comes down to the time to use it, I’d put a mnpt mini ball valve in it for you application.
Welcome back! I guess I just assumed you where banned for using the popcorn emoji, or one of those other serious infractions.
Looks like a good scrubbing and the jeep will be good to go? On the oil change just find a friend capable of gently laying it on it’s side for easy access to the drain...
