I pulled the alternator off of my M936A2. It’s not charging. I’ll send it to a shop, and hopefully they can repair it. I was impressed at how easy it was to remove! Here’s a shot with the missing alternator:

A starter and alternator shop near me was able to rebuild a Deuce alternator for $80. Good luck with the compressor.
