Yes, 1850 is max high end spec, be careful, best to shoot for 1750 for varying conditions, oil temp ect... if the winch wont pull it at 1750, you need to double line, or pay more cable out to get on the inner layers, or both. I run a gauge on mine by my controller so I can always tell where I’m at.

M925a2 hydraulic pump will flow 27gpm so your flow should be fine, but you MUST regulate the pressure down to 1750psi +_100 for the winch.
