All ECV and REV trucks have that lower hose that won't allow you to put a Warn 12k winch.....there is a expensive Milemarker winch set up for those trucks. There are some trucks out there that guys built with an ECV nose and non-ECV radiator and cooler that will work with a 9 or 12k Warn winch.

Those brake switches get a bad spot inside or go bad....try unhooking it from lever and cycling switch, and readjust location a little. If bad , I have replacements.

The clutch is built into the pully.....if it fails or quits as a clutch....it will be like a standard pully without a clutch.
