Thats great.8-) I have the same hyd winch(not mounted yet). As long as the engine is running you are good to go. I just bought an electric 24volt Warn 18,000 as a backup.;-)

With that said, I would replace the 6.2L injectors with 6.5L turbo injectors and you should be good to go. Did you check your harmonic balencer?

You could also put some new 6.5 heads on with the ARP stud kit and...
With your setup, if it was me, I would just replace the injectors / glow plugs and maybe the injector pump. Your engine should last you a long time if you don't overdue the RPM's.
I would wait until the engine had problems first before doing a replacement.2cents

I think the parts TM is 24P. I have the TM's that I listed in hard copy.
Look at post # 15 the sixth picture. You are correct. Mounts on exhaust bolts.

TIER I is were they fix the small things(they should of fixed the oil pressure switch then)
Tier II is were they will swap out main items, like engines, generators, control box, fuel tank, ect...

Any pictures. They could of just replaced the control box.
