If you put variable rate springs in the back...you also need the upper cast iron mounts.

4 spd shifters normally come with N switch.

Never found a number on the pawls. I took them out of bad shifters to add reverse light parts for good shifters.

The 4 spd N switch mounts to a block of aluminum that gets screwed to the shifter housing. There is also a Pawl to activate switch that should be there. The 3 spd is a simpler system...switch just gets screwed in

Some people with those longer ones, cut lower section and had a muffler shop cut it shorter and reweld.

Bolt on ears are much easier. I have aluminum ones available next week.

Manual : TM9-2320-280-20-2, pg. 6-22 says: torque 48 ft lbs. Late manual for ECV, and REV...TM9-2320-387-24-1, pg. 6-19 says 58 ft. lbs.

No...doubler is on hood....Don't know what yellow thing is.

Thats a different Tach on the PDF...if yours has the screww terminal buss bar...it hooks to the tach drive. The PDF tach drawing is the later round connector Tach hook up.

It stiffens up the hood where it was cut out.
