On my 1987 60 amp alternator engine:
Water pump belt (2 needed), NAPA 25-7490
Alternator belt (2needed), NAPA 4215SS

Most of the tie downs were attached to the center tray so they came off. I did save them and their bolts of course.
I can add some back if I feel the need.

Removed the center tray from my radar support trailer. Stripped most of the tie downs as well. Once the rest of the mounting fittings come off the deck I’ll have a nice semi-flat bed with cubbies on each side.

My fan cycles from 225-220, on and off respectively. That's the temp on the gauge anyway. Used to not be so good, but I replaced the gauge and block sensor.

Definitely not. If it sat a very long tie the injection pump might be gummed, but this sounds like something else.
Have someone push on it while you inspect visually. If you raise the hood and pull yourself up w the steering wheel you can see some of the linkage. Sounds like an obstruction...

It sounds to me like you have corrosion or breaks inside the jacket of the battery cables. It’s not that expensive to replace them and eliminate that as a potential cause. I’ve bought a lot of old vehicles and have replaced many a battery cable.

I’d replace all your piping as a precaution. Make sure it’s high pressure power steering tubing, not fuel or oil tubing. I further recommend using fuel injection style clamps, instead of hose clamps. I’ve had good results with them and they don’t cut into the outer jacket the way Mr Gasket style...
