Holy crap son! That was clever, but silly, clever but silly. Did you have some straps or something to keep the lws from falling back down and cutting you in half??? This is why I have a backhoe, or a lift, or TREES! I understand a man using what he's got, but wouldn't hoisting it into a tree...

Maybe it is just the way the pics are, but to me it looks like it should go with the 10 ton tractors. I would also guess mid/late 40s to early 50s, Maddawg.

As cool as that trailer is, it would be a **** of a lot nicer if you put the pics on this site. Photobucket sucks, and links go bad. If we're gonna see it, then we wanna see it.

That is an interesting thought. Crazy enough it just might work. I have never been there, but I imagine that trying it high instead of drunk would be funny in the morning, you would probably have spots all over the truck done from "chasing butterflys". rofl

...and it looks great. I would think about it too if I had gotten a real good deal. But until then, I like the snap-on red.

They seem to be making them in many more colors today. It prob helps sales because not everyone likes red. But a red toolbox is like a green tractor. It just has to be that way....you know? lol

As a NAPA employee, I can tell you that each store varies on what it can order. Depending on where you are, the DC (distribution center) for your area may or may not have a store attached. Try them, or, if you have an account there, try using Prolink, you should beb able to order it with that...

some of them are called "arrow sticks" Many companies make them, and can be very common on sites like gl, gsa, clist, ebay, etc. They are mounted on every police cruiser, highway patrol car, dot truck, and many contractors or tow trucks. They are simple and sorta neat, unfortunately they don't...

Soni is only really on SS for a few months (usually the same time of year each year) and is off the rest. He is a busy man of many projects, jobs, and hobbies, and unlike many of us, not all of his time is spent on here. If you look at other threads relating, you will see. Hope that clears it up...
