Yes I downloaded tm's and have looked at all of the diagrams and every connection is good.

I pulled the starter off and took the solenoid off the little wire on the s terminal is burnt & broken.

Well I found the 4 24 volt fusible links I have not figured out which is for what. I looked at the starting wiring diagram and it said a red wire. That helps since all four are red.
