PM me about the wheels/tires. I know of some locally.
You are really getting into this stuff!
So, what are you going to drive to the WWII Weekend this April for the small get-together?
At 1940 hours, the M8109 was 90 miles east of Little Rock headed west. They plan to hole up at Little Rock for the night.
Truck is running very well and no problems so far.
Remember the scene Tommy Boy gas station, Usmle.Tv from "Tommy Boy" where Tommy bends the car door backwards around the parking bollard? Well, I did the same thing to my work vehicle during the build. Only thing is, I substituted the parking bollard for my Dodge Dakota.
Good thing the van...
Packing the truck now....
I will try to take a few pics of the truck in a bit.
It is not completely done, as some of the stuff had to fall off of the schedule due to time. This will give Patrick plenty to do for awhile!
Patrick will be ready to leave the winter behind him and begin to head south tomorrow. I think he is REALLY done with winter!
All that is left to do is finish packing the truck.
Just a quick update.
Gimpy is still here and plans on leaving this morning. The hub from my M35A2 is on his truck, and he should be good to go.
Patrick is planning on leaving tomorrow, so it will be a busy day.
(then I still have to fix the van )
The bolt is only a temporary fastener in place until the correct grade 8 bolts arrive tomorrow. The bracket is hanging by the bolt at the time the picture was taken. (i.e. the bracket had not yet been welded in place)
