Will you be welding it yourself? Any weld-in panels that will be installed should be butt welded so as not to have a place for water to gather. The lamination of the panels will invariably gather water, and rust out.

Getting one is easy. Getting one for $150 is the hard part. I think "papabear" had a source for them at around $400-$500 each.

The early gasser-to-multi dash had a couple of versions then. I've seen the tach mounted over by the glove box or under the dash by a bracket as well. First time I've seen that particular speedo though.

rear winch ID This is the rear winch on my V17A,MTQ. I believe the same winch was used on the other 2 1/2 ton platforms.
