I did the inside of the cab with a 1/2 gallon of Herculiner and it looks great! I was not sure that I would like the black but it looks good to me. I did the measurements for the back and it takes 2.5 gallons.

Looks Like a short somewhere. The pics help out sometimes thanks. Check for bare wires touching the frame somewhere.

Ditto digitaldust, check the plug on the pump, check the fuse, and check the ground. Typically the pumps dont go bad. They do fall apart and can be put back together, but don't go bad. Good luck.
