Magnetic lights will be the quickest/cheapest option... just know if the trailer is all aluminum, you might be using duct tape to lock those suckers down.
I bought one of these before, for a customer who was travelling 8+ hours to grab a set for me. High quality work...
Its very, very rare... but you also have to look at the details of the machine, compared to what they are supposed to be. This set was advertised as a 10kw unit, which the data plate says it is... but dimensionally it was NOT a 10k, but an MEP-802A (and if you look at the plate below the NATO...
I think everyone has had some of those questions before they got their feet wet on these sets, so I would disagree with you here csheath. With that said, this is NOT a solution for everyone. It is entirely a DIY affair after purchase. Some have the stomach for it, others don't.
I agree that its...
My 802 will literally power everything in my home simultaneously, except for my electric dryer (which is 7.7kw by itself) with a bit of capacity to go... but we have engineered our life to be able to get by with less. Gas range, electric wall oven, propane wall hung boiler for hot water and...
You should very easily be able to power a home with either an 802 or an 803... just a matter of defining your power needs.
Do you have electric baseboard heat? Electric appliances? Water heater? Well? Just look at the big draw items first to get you 'in the ballpark'. TVs, lights, deep...
Tell us more about your specific homes requirements (electric appliances, including heat) and we can start to help you narrow the search. The 5kw class is perfectly sized for a typical 30A locking generator interconnect that are found on many homes. There are bigger 50 and 60A interconnects...
Its like Mars now, from even when I was in school. They now have a "Common Core" program they are following, and its mind boggling. My kids are subjected to this idiocy. Math is the worst... no longer do they teach you how to solve problems. "Common Core is meant to help children understand math...
The vocabulary of people just 100 years ago was so much stronger than today. I am a believer that this has been done on purpose, as part of a larger push to dumb down the populace. Smart people aren't as easy to coerce or outright lie to... but perhaps this rant is better served for another time.
I use it only when it works... not something you can just pull out of your ass at 0520. Part of my professional job is technical writing/documentation (amongst a myriad of other hats). I would hope its not that much of an outlier, compared to how I normally post here.
Yes, AN5 is equivalent to 5/16 JIC. I would personally find a step down threaded adapter (they are available online) to do what you want. That way you can always take it off if you need to run the OEM hose.
I am hoping to find (2) of this hose, to mate up with the 2 of the other I got from that website. One set for my personal stash, and one to send out for sampling (which I have no guarantee of getting back). I'll keep up the hunt, but thanks for the offer.
I was considering getting a pair to look at an actual hose company to make new. I source products from all over the world in my professional life, and some do include molded products. Looks like I am halfway there...
