Thanks for posting the tank dimentions, I'm planning on putting the tank in the bed inside a job site box and this helps in planning being that I'm half a world away from my deuce right now.

As a very late response, the rpm issue had to do with the injector pump. The half moon shapped rocker that holds against the max and min screws kept slipping because its splined hole was worn and kept slipping on the shaft. Link below has a better description, though not up to my usual...
