very true. i forgot to add the numbers i posted are based on an unloaded truck, driving around flat florida, without a cargo cover. will be making a trip up to an off road park in AL soon. much more hills, and i will have a lifted jeep yj in the bed. then we'll see.

i just changed my transmission fluid about a month ago. the TM called for 5 quarts w/o PTO. That filled it up exactly to the fill hole, so i just left it alone. Ive put some miles on it with no problems.
be careful if you do what i did. bought a spring ride seat. great condition, but i cant install it until i find another bench seat since the existing one bolts to the drivers seat for support. you may know that already, but im new to all this.
