Are these Kaiser #`s ? My 66 Kaiser M45A2WLF-W frame # starts with 0134 My 77 AM G starts with 0625 (data plate shows 77K1175-0625-12346) and my 86 AM G M35A2C Starts with 0940 My 1967 M34 parts truck is 0125-29110
It looks like the data plates have been changed by how the pop rivets are not located properly. A 67 or newer by air shift. The two Kaiser`s I've had 67 & 68 had frame serial numbers that started with 0225. So if its a Kaiser it should be 68 or newer. The way the serial number is written may be...
I'll make a guess and we'll see what the experts say. I would gues. a 1973 or 74 AM General I have a 77 AM General that has a 9 digit serial number that starts with 07. And I have an 86 AM General that starts with 09, still 9 digits on the frame.
5 ton bed on a deuce
No they aren't the same. The frame width is the same and 0 bolts line up. Here is a picture of a 5 ton bed on my deuce. I lengthened the frame and modified the way the mud flaps mount. I like the bed better than the deuce bed.
The way the bids are climbing it looks like a lot of people are going to take their chances on getting a title. Let us know which one you`re bidding on and I won`t bid against you. I`ve been outbid on everything I bid on so far anyway.
I got the run flats out of the 1100x16`s. It was much easier than I thought. But I wouldn`t want to try to put one back. What do these LAV wheels fit, its a big 8 lug pattern?
Deuce dump
I converted my M35A1 to a dump before I sold it. Now I'm thinking about converting my 66 to a dump. I purchased an old chevy dump for $250 and used the cylinders and the pivots at the back. I also replaced the runners front to back with 6" channel to make it stronger. I used a 24...
I bought several small parts from Kcgonzo and everything was fine. I bought a new canvas top and some m35 taillights from him the same time. I received the taillights but never received the top. He said he shipped it from a different post office. After 25 days I filed a complaint with Paypal...
It has to be done RIGHT. If you don't think you can do it, let an experienced person do it. But even with experience you need a cage when you inflate it.
KCGONZO has fuel pumps on ebay pretty regular. I've bought several small items from him favorably, but I bought an M37 top from him I never got. He said USPS lost it, shipped uninsured. $200 gone. Paypal refunded my money. :D
