    FREE DEUCE....

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: FREE DEUCE.... Craigslist is bottom feeder central........I've had about a 50% success rate at buying, but selling is everything from 28 calls and no-shows, to outright fraud....Guess that's what you get for free though....

    Titling backlog cleared out

Anyone seeing a change so far? Wondering if any SF-97's are getting processed in a timely manner now, as my potential seller just filed for his last week. Hopefully he'll have it soon............

questions about 5 tons. 24 to 12 volt

I'd just add a 12V battery, and a 12V alternator as a stand-alone system for all your 12V needs. That'd be easiest and would have the capacity for pretty much anything....

    M1007 Suburban CUCV Conversion

Good looking rig. If I didn't know any better, I'd have thought it came that way. Makes me wonder why the military didn't use the Burb'?

Foreign admirer of the Deuce at a car show

My M-715 gets more attention than any Chevelle, Camaro, Mustang, motorcycle, truck or car I've owned, or for that matter any vehicle I have had. At shows or just at the corner gas station it always starts a conversation. Generally it brings back a memory of service time done for an older...

    Is an EUC transferrable?

Ida, that helps a bunch. I am familiar with the Certificate of Origin for a vehicle as I have bought a couple that way from smaller dealers then titled them myself later. Basically it seems that if there is a name on the SF-97 here in VA they won't issue a title to anyone but the person...

    Is an EUC transferrable?

In my never ending quest here, it seems that I get conflicting info, so I will just look at the paperwork myself and make a determination. After a lot of web search and VA DMV law reading, it seems that the SF-97 is not really a "title" in VA's eyes. But, they still want something in the owners'...

    Is an EUC transferrable?

Here is what I found, and this is in VA. (this is more SF-97 related, so mods, feel free to move if you want to) Seems that the SF-97 is not transferrable from the original purchaser. At least the DMV told me this when I called them yesterday. They treat it as a title and in VA it is not...

    Is an EUC transferrable?

Found my answer......looks like the SF-97 won't be transferrable here in VA.....

    Is an EUC transferrable?

SF-97. Is that more or less a title? Sorry for a seemingly obvious question, but I am sorta new to this process.....

    Is an EUC transferrable?

I am looking at a Deuce for sale here in VA and the current owner has the EUC, but has never titled it in his name. Can he just pass the EUC on to me and then I file for a title, or is it something non-transferrable? Don't want to find out after I am the new owner that I can't get the...

A few deuce questions before purchase

Re: RE: A few deuce questions before purchase Thanks, that was kinda' what I was looking for. I know that there are so many factors that can affect the value of any vehicle and of course ultimately its only worth what someone is willing to pay....I have seen a few in that range and figured...

A few deuce questions before purchase

Hi All, I am looking to purchase a deuce in the near future and just saving the cash to do so right now. I'm kinda partial to the M35A2, but not too picky if the price is right, which brings me to my question: I know there are a million variables, so I just want a ballpark on what one...

Pics of my winter project M715

Right now I am working on my deuce fund....I don't want to bother anyone just yet until I have the cash in hand, so I am just looking around and getting some ideas......however, since you mentioned it, is it a running driving truck?
