    Modified M105A2

It's already got a VIN assigned to it; get the SF97 and title/register it in your state. Then you can swap axles all you want, just be careful with your mods so that you don't create any safety liabilities. In many states, trailers weighing over 1500-lbs (such as your M105A2) will require...

    impact guns

No worries, just be glad that you didn't end up snapping off any wheel studs, as has happened to others here! Good luck, keep us updated!

Shots fired at campers/hikers in apple valley

**GASP!!** As in "special snowflakes" over-reacting to target shooters? Say it isn't so!!

    Newbe 931a2 ctis

With 5 flashing lights it's most likely a leak at the wheel end...such as a valve core, hose/hose end, or wheel valve. Please tell me that you've rebuilt the air dryer, or installed a new one before trying to get the CTIS to work...I've noticed that a lot of these systems don't work due to...

    Yukon Men Show and CUCV

I think you mean "The G," as in G503.com. I learned the hard way early on how that site is dedicated to preserving MVs as much as possible, which is great for those interested in stock restorations; there are some great fellows over there with tons of good knowledge, and it's a great place to...

    Yukon Men Show and CUCV

Thoroughly enjoyed that last episode! Stan, I'm just glad that your truck ended up with you, you'll give it a new lease on life instead of it ending up just sitting & rotting away in a salvage yard somewhere. I'd much rather see it modified and put to new uses! And I'm sure that the...

Donaldson Air Ram 4" Scoop, US Source Found !

No worries, been there done that.... You're not the first, and won't be the last. As long as Filtermaxx can source the 5-inch it will all be worth it! If not, then at least the Deuce owners can source a US-based 4" snorkel. [thumbzup]

1991 M931A2 fuel issues wont start loses prime in Arizona

At least your draw tube didn't break off at the solder joint & fall off inside your fuel tank while you're on a 2-lane highway with no shoulder...that was exciting!

    M925A2 Delco Style Alternator

Yes I did test it with my multimeter when I first installed it, and it was spot-on for what it was guaranteed to do....but that was several issues/repairs ago and I don't remember right off the top of my head. I'm right in the middle of putting both fuel tanks back together AGAIN to resolve...

Best wishes with your upcoming family! Before you know it, you'll be able to undertake MV projects with your children and help them to build great memories that they can share with their kids someday.

    New Style HEMTT Valvestems

I've bought a lot of different valve stems from this company, and will continue to do so. I'm still looking for a compatible large-bore turret valve that is double-ended like the M939A2 wheels..... Your Tire Shop Supply

    Yukon Men Show and CUCV

Love the show! Who owns the M923 5-tons and the OD Green bulldozers? Does the township own them, or do they belong to private owners? Keep up the great work, and stay safe!

    Claim /Dispute with GovLiquidation

I also had a claim filed last year, and after about a week of waiting (after submitting paperwork & photos of before-and-after differences) GL gave me a full refund plus the $100 I had to pay to the company that was inspecting it & found damage AFTER auction closed. Thumbs-up in my experience...

    Gimpyrobb

I agree, although I've only been able to chat on the phone with him, he seems to be a great guy and picked up some auction items from Lockbourne for me. Thumbs-up!

    m101a3 hub brake conversion question

Not all 8x6.5 hubs/hub openings are the same....earlier GM 8-lugs used smaller hub openings than Ford & Dodge. You can fit older Ford/Dodge 8x6.5 wheels on GM 8x6.5 hubs, but cannot fit older GM 8x6.5 wheels onto Ford/Dodge 8x6.5 hubs. HMWWV wheels are GM pattern, BTW...I know a couple of guys...
