I had the same thing happen to one of my 923s.We tore it a part,it dropped a valve.We replaced one head and 1 piston and liner.It runs good now.

My 925 is doing the same thing.

Prices are good on the 900 series trucks.I bought a running 931 for $4400,And just picked up a 925 for $4400.And a 923 for $3000.All prices were with the GL fees.All trucks were runners.
