Well, Thursday we picked up 3 m1009s. Won them on gl without inspection.. 2 started right up and the other fired up after swapping in optima batts.. Drove 2 home and towed the other.. Good thing we had the trailer because one has no 2nd or 3rd gear.. Oh well, you win some you lose some. Was...

"The wrong attitude"... How so? I just want to know how others have felt with their choice... No I'm not going to base my choice off of a poll, this just looked like the only section I could talk about non MV stuff.. There are only a few people I personally know who have joined the service.. I...

I took ritalin as a kid until 8th grade for A.D.D... Which is a disqualification... But my recruiter says I may be ok cause the doc took me off years ago.. Then he says don't even bother to tell the docs in Indy... Is this something that could come back and bit me?

    Marines...... Good Experience or Bad???

I hear good things for the most part but some say the Gov won't let your leave when your times up... I may not get into the area of training I'm looking for ( I want mechanic, not front line stuff).. I just don't want to be lied to by my recruiter... Or killed in Basic.. haha

    Marines...... Good Experience or Bad???

Ok, I'd like to join the Marines but have heard mixed stories so I just wondered what you guys thought.... I'm 22 years old, 6ft 3in, and 170lbs... I consider myself reasonably fit... Didn't really want a poll but this looked like the only section where I could ask for input..

Deuce use - how do use yours?

My two rigs sit during the week most of the time but get used on the weekends... Either just to cruise Friday and Saturday night, pull friends or myself out of mud holes, or pickup/move hay around the farm.... Sure it's slow but they'll move at least twice as many bails as any of our 1 ton farm...

Mines hard to shift too. After driving around town for a hour or so my arms tired from shifting.. 2nd and 3rd are the gears that seem the worst to me.. It's not horrible or anything but nothing compared to the g56 in my dodge or the t56 in my car...
