Whats an easy way to get the wormgear out without screwing up the bearings?? Or could i take the key ways out of the other side of the winch and pull the spool off. All i need to do is to replaced the seal on the drum on the worm gear side.

The current mount setup is the plow mounts to the bumper and has arm that come off and sit on the front axle with pieces of angle. I want to change it because i foresee lots of stress aginst the frontend that way. Expecially with all tires chained pushing deep snow.
