All 4 doors on my 998 need seals replaced. Looking at OEM vs FMP style the latter look interesting. That said, the material used is likely very inexpensive direct from AMZN/other sources. Curious if anyone has sourced their own adhesive seal and how the results were...
Looking for the P/N or felpro cross reference for the pan end seal (rubber) that goes between the main cap and curved portion of the pan. I’d prefer not to buy the whole pan seal kit as I will not be using the cork.

Looking for the spec on the rectangle tube sleeve that was added to the early model parking brake lever. Typically painted red.
Looks like an easy retrofit vs $200 for the updated leaver assy.

Driveshaft u-joint wear/impending failure?
I recently replaced all u joints and carrier bearing on my M998. Carrier bearing was worn. One u joint was brinneled dry and going to fail. Several others were worn/loose.

Initial inspection complete. No obvious rodent attack. Looks like two shorts to chassis ground induced by improper routing of power lines to output lugs. I’m very thankful that my stationary unit is properly grounded.
A2-C2 short to chassis...
Looks like I'll need replacement wires...
Nope. I do have mothballs behind the control panel and main compartment. It will be if it turns out to be the cause and is repairable

Ran my 802 this afternoon for it’s monthly check. No load up to operating temperature. Upon shutdown I noticed heat and burning electrical smell coming off the unit. I disconnected the batteries and that stopped the fire.
I’ve not yet torn into it for inspection but believe the short/fire...
