1985 M1008 won't shut off, but it's not what you think!

Check the ground connections from the harness to the radiator support above the headlights. Also check the main ground connection for the instrument cluster. It is the six legged connector above the parking brake. Oh heck, just check them all. There are multiple threads for electrical issues...

    Wagoneer M715 hybrid?

It is a Diesel engine. Maybe a later Asian version. I know KIA is building a diesel version - KM450 for the S.Korea military. The website is from Indonesia Also if they spent big bucks on the build, they may have had a custom valve cover made.

It would be nice it there was a way to remove the chrome. I also used the same paint on the vent windows. The black is not flat and...

M1007 - CUCV Suburban Clone Build Thread

Looks like the burb has a high lift kit. Amazing how much all the interior and door weight it down. The doors came from a local truck that I ended up scrapping. No surprise that they had bondo. I was just testing your skills I thought the color was going to be Jen's choice? I like the green.

    CUCV Alternator Rebuild

Your alternator has been converted to a single wire self exciting unit. Many hotrodders use them. I have never worked one one. I would take it to a shop so I didn't burn something up.
