That kit is the correct one for the old style large direct drive 27MT starter. However on closer inspection of their website, The 12v and 24v kits share the same part number. I would call and verify before ordering. The smaller gear reduction starter uses a different kit.

Added this thread to the CUCV Helpful Threads sticky If you feel that you need a diode in the horn circuit, NAPA does sell a new horn relay that has the diode built in. You will need to remove the diode on the horn relay socket.
