GA to OK in BFR's/Papabear's/Patracy's Deuce.

You caught that to. ;-) If you have some room, there are items in OKC that need a ride to GA. Maybe send a trailer load with him?

Does anyone know what this nub is 6.5l HMMWV??

That is the drain tube that comes from the back of the valley of the engine. All it is is a tube. Nothing else. I have only seem them on the newer GEP 6.5L engines.

You guys are close to making this thread political and will get it closed. Also the language is not appropriate per the rules that have been in place for a long time. Watch your step.

    Tire davit woes

Maybe you can use the soda wash electrolysis method. Remove the unit, build a trough and soak the davit for a day or so. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4yYF8gSHdA

    CUCV II and LSSV ?

80,000+ on the original Chevy CUCVs. I have heard that less that 1000 CUCV-IIs where built. No idea on how few LSSVs there are. And you can see Stonepicker has most of them

    What model is it

Found a couple of pictures of this 809 series but I have never seen one with a pole-setter on the back. The wheel cut outs on the bed don't look right. Maybe it is just an optical illusion. Frankenstein? Any ideas?

    700r4 shift cable bracket

The bracket is the correct one for the 700R4 diesel setup. As stated is just one piece of the puzzle (hardest to find)

Hooker OK car show... now with a military section.

Not much in Hooker anymore. Was through there and Slapout many times back in my oil patch days. ( OK guys get you minds out of the gutter ;-) ) I won't be able to attend but have a good time!!!

    Check this GamaGoat travesty

The original 100+ where all hauled to Camp Gruber in Oklahoma. As far as w know they are just sitting there waiting to be used for target practice. However they are not seen on Google Earth anymore. Late last year the Oklahoma Forestry service did sell 15 at auction after the DLA released...

Brake fluid leak, fix now or fix later?

It is a '86 Air Force Deuce. As far as I know it is still a single circuit system. (87-89 had the dual circuit) Park it until it is fixed.
