Read the Fusible Links 101 thread in the CUCV Helpful Threads sticky. It covers what you are talking about. The item you are talking about is just a plastic housing for the connector that joins the regular wire and the fusible link wire.

It is only used for the military radios. Not needed for everyday ay use.

Are you talking about the capacitor on the inside or the one on the outside of the alternator?

The GEN1 bulb should be a 168 along with all the others except for GEN2 and the bulb for the fuel guage (194) 168 is a 5w bulb 194 is a 3w bulb

Haven't looked yet. That number is very close. It may be possible to remove the tires. May cost a little extra for disposal.
