Anyone have the -35 maintenance manual in .pdf form? Have the lower echelon manuals, and I have the -35 for the PRC-25, but not for the -77. Any help is appreciated...
Thanks for the info - I distinctly remember a couple threads where someone said "no they won't" but after looking into this more, they will fit but the backspacing is different. No biggie.
Have a gent interested in getting my last FMTV rim, he owns a 818 tractor and needs a spare wheel. He swears he helped a guy at the SS mini rally change his rim, he has a 5-ton tractor 818 series and the rims look almost identical.
vt - are you sure this is the best fit and model? I just priced this battery, the low priced one from AutoZone and Advance, and they come in at $100 EACH. And I need two. ???
Just find it hard to believe that batteries are going this much for so small a battery. I bought two batteries for...
Looks like you need a few jerry cans to mount on the genset to make it complete! Other than that, great work!
Nothing like getting even the ancillary equipment back up to mil-spec, ready for duty!
The military is getting rid of the older-line M871 and M872 flatbed trailers, the 3-axles jobbies, that were issued 30 years ago. Once in a while an older Cold War-era M127 stake trailer comes up that the 871s replaced, but for the most part these older flatbed haulers are all going away...
As always, had a great time at RC. If you like rock crawling, short of driving all the way out to Moab in Utah, Rausch Creek is the best there is on the East Coast. Were covering more and more routes there with the big trucks. We were unable to do Matt's newly scouted trails on Saturday due...
You sure about that?
From what I've seen in the pics of GA rally, they've got an okay offroading place there. The camping/cooking is top notch. RC is almost the polar opposite - the camping cooking is just okay, and the offroading is fantastic. I've seen RC featured in several national...
Actually, being 100 feet deep in a northern-located lake would make for an EXCELLENT preservative, as there is less oxygen in cold water to promote rust. If it was salt water, the story would be different, but if this is a freshwater lake, chances are the Weasel is in the same condition it sank in.
If I remember correctly it was somewhere off the coast of Lebanon or somewhere closeby there.
I talked to a friend of mine who used to do diving - he says NO GO on the inner tubes for bouyancy. You would need a ton of them, and the chances of them popping close to the surface due to increased...
I'll work on something for the site as far as a call sign list or something. Good luck on the exam!
Will be applying for a vanity call sign within a month or so. My 2x3 technician call sign is pretty lame, and doesn't roll off the tongue easily. Will try for a 1x3, 1x2 or 2x2 to replace it.
