Stupid question... Is your "pull to stop" lever pushed in, I killed my batts one day trying to get mine to start and it's cause I never pushed the stop cable in :/ ;)

It's a good idea but looks like You are limited to one position you can lock it into. I always leave the truck sit in the opposite gear of which way it would roll.
