Anyone in the 4-corners area that has any 900x20 tires. Have a woman friend that is now w/o a spare. So far she's lost two tires and now is running w/o a spare. Willing to buy if there are any in the area.
Her route is from Holbrook, Az to Silverton, Co.
I'm in contact and can pass on any...
Yes. It's got an interface that let's you monitor many forums, post and reply, post pixs, etc. Much nicer and easier than going to the desktop version when your on a phone.

With that I agree. A little gasoline in a spray bottle has been my "go to" this past fall/winter. I find it much gentler in the start up.
If I do use ether it's from a spray can and I use less then the mounted system.
With the gasoline I pull off the mushroom, spray a couple squirts on the air...
If it doesn't have a "permanent" box on the back w/ (I think) 3 of the things listed it won't get RV status. Even a slide-out camper won't get your truck RV'd.
I've reg'd a few of my builds as RV's in arizona.
Ok, I have my engine out and figured it was a good time to do that steering box rebuild.
First problem - can't find the pitman shafts bushings anywhere.
The engine runs great, climbs well, etc. I do have an overheating issue. Changed out the thermostat and now have the rad in a shop to clean it out and do some repairs. I do have some oil in water(but it's not bubbling like before the HG's) which I think is from having shaped my own gaskets for...
I actually get better results w/ a hand held can. The kit in my truck hits the engine hard, much harder than if I'm using a can.
Maybe I'm just good w/ a can ;) But I have heard that my engine might not be turning over fast enough to use the kit. Have also thought of moving the either injector...
Thanks Gimpy, knowing that I could twist them helped loads. I didn't want to risk that having never looked at one out of the truck.
Went to Waterloo but didn't find anything on Head Gaskets, am I missing something?
Now that I have the engine stripped down to take the heads off, a couple questions.
When you pull the pushrod out "incorrectly", how do you set the lifter back where it belongs? :)
And, Do you need to take the injectors out? If so, how do you make them come loose?
Thanks all
