Whew. What a day. Made it through the storms right before they started closing roads. Made it to Heth, AR for the night.

Not the best of days. Started snowing when we hit MO. Not a fan of snow. But once the cars cleared off the road around 8p it was smooth sailing...until I went through Indianapolis and the chain storage box broke open on the freeway. I lost 3, 1/2in chains and 2, 1/2in load binders. State trooper...

Made it to Lonoke, AR today. No issues. 617 miles so far. I have averaged 5.7mpg, not to good but that is to be expected pulling the M872. Hopefully with a load it won't get to much worse, lol right. Going to try and get within 100mi of Stockbridge, MI tomorrow.

Truck is ready to go, 3 towbars and 5.5k generator strapped down on the bed. We head out tomorrow at 0800 CST.

Yes sir, I sold her last weekend. And part of that money went into getting this M813 that was a smoking deal. Figured I was tired of saving money on fuel by running WMO and would rather get 5-6mpg than 10. Lol. I do like the power steering though, that is a life saver.
