    Are you buying/pumping fuel at a station? Or out of home tank/cans? The filters are stopping the sand from getting to injection pump? If so I am guessing you just are tired of changing filters?

    I have changed power steering pump to PSC . Changed front axles to CV joints, locking hubs, upper king pin bushings and springs,new lower king pins and bushings, calipers/pads, new bearings/seals,new tie rod and ends. Replaced engine and trans mounts. Engine crossmember too. I am coming to...

    You will play hob getting the carrier out with no spreader. I fooled around for a week or so with no positive results,yours may vary.

    Spent a couple of hours removing front axle, replaced tru trac with a Grizzly Locker,some better axles. Replaced engine crossmember with an ORD , replaced motor mounts with ORD,trans with energy suspension mounts. Going to head into replacing power steering pump with PSC, harmonic balancer also.

    Completed rear disc swap,will be replacing the power steering pump,lines,hydro boost unit. Changed trans filter and fluid.

    How strong is the brush guard?

    I think if you used inch or inch and a quarter tube it would be plenty strong for keeping saplings and such off your fenders. And would help prevent hooking a tree between the guard and the fender when backing.

    Dana 60 uses powerbuilt 648477 spindle nut socket. Be different if you do have a Blazer.

    Seem to be pretty stout. I intend to replace the mount bolts one of these days,just because. And keep thinking about making mount feet forward. No extreme use yet,just pulling truck to verify working and pulled a large truck box I use for storage.
