I'll pull it (when exactly do you want to do this? I need to shuffle things.) However, we'll need some sort of light hook-up for the towed Deuce. Any ideas?
I've got the manuals, just need most of the transducers and some of the cables. I've got most of the adapters. Wish I had the transducers and was missing the adapters, I can buy the adapters at a plumbing supply.
Anyone have any STE/ICE cables, adapters and/or parts they would be willing to part with for free, a reasonable fee or trade? I've got the STE/ICE unit, but I think I am short several cables and adapters...
While in theory all of this is nice, I understand the issue about short funds. My lug nuts were welded on…broke my Roboimpact. Was pretty down in the dumps. Roboimpact broke (bye bye investment); air impact with a short ½ inch line was doing nothing…a 3/4 “ Chinese breaker bar sheared off...
Does that mean that if diesel fuel goes above the current price of new fryer oil (plus taxes), you can dump straight veggie oil straight in the tank with no issues (other than blending with diesel or having a 2 tank setup)?
Sorry if I wasn’t paying attention before.
RE: code
Might as well add to your representatives that GL's contract should not be renewed. Besides shafting the little guy, the government is loosing money (taxpayer money) on the deal.
Bjorn posted an estimate awhile ago. I'm not sure if his opinion has changed since. Of course, he has been a little distracted lately with his new toy...
This is Bojorn's estimate"
"When time comes for a trip, like the last one to GA/FL, during which I used some 110 gallons of BD plus WVO, the...
Compared with today’s trucks, they are easier (less stuff).
Compared with today’s trucks, parts are cheap.
Almost all of the mechanics manuals are online hear, so you shouldn’t have any questions. However, if you do, it has probably already been asked on here.
For a toy, they are absolutely...
What is the condition of your current one (except for the mount)? If it's in fair to good shape, I'd fab a mount...otherwise, getting a good take out or a NOS may be the way to go (I know I'm not looking forward at even considering a new one....kind of scared to mess with a sleeping dog)...
RE: GL
Man…rough crowd…
I know what it says, and yes he should go after it with that in mind. But some of us are honest and stupidly expect others to be honest…right or wrong.
I get burned from time to time, but often get more than I give…just because I’m honest. Sorry to hear about it...
It sounds like a civilian boom truck a company I work for once had. The first section was powered and you could extend and retract it with hydraulics.
The third section however, was not powered. You pulled the pin (an overgrown tire iron) and powered the arm below the mounting point and it...
I don’t have a tow bar, but I’ve got a Deuce to tow yours with. I’d be more than happy to help you, but think chaining it across any of the Potomac bridges would be asking for trouble (and a ticket). Let me know if I can help. Things are busy until September, but we’ll see if we can...
