    Walmart bundle stereo packages??

Keeping in mind this is for a beach wagon cookout mobile that will get hosed out... Anybody used those bundle packs from walmart or other palces that are about $100 and have four speakers and a head unit with a remote? Here is a pyle version I am looking at for the M1009. Walmart.com: Pyle...

Algae oil grown in continous photobioreactor.

Man, sounds like a serious mess you had there. It will be worth it though. Talking about the paddlewheel vs pump situation, your algae strain is up to the pressures of being pumped? I think we talked about the idea of using diafram pumps vs impeller pumps etc.. I know the diaframs are a little...

    2nd Alt - Help on Complete 12V Set-up

Great stuff. I have that bracket as it is definitely the way to go. The seperate 12V setup, to me, is the best bet as you have a dedicated battery/charging system to run your other stuff. I just need wiring and a belt, but I am holding off as I plan to run the a/c compressor off the air...

Algae oil grown in continous photobioreactor.

How did it go man? Did you fix your leak? I have my tank placed on a footing and have a small pump that I will use. Like you said depending on the strain my flowrate may need to be lower than some high gph pump. I'm almost wondering about some kind of enclosed/covered raceway that the water can...

Newbie checking out a deuce today??

Little more progress. Have the rear exit exhaust painted to match the truck. Have the floor insulation down in the big truck. So far the floor has been primed, rubber coated, then a layer of non-alum backed underlayment then a layer of alum backed peal/seal type stuff. Then it will get coated...

    New M1009 CUCV owner!!

Ok, the Durabak is ordered and most of the front is done with the foil backed gutter peel/seal stuff. Looks like I need one more roll. Going to finish the deuce tommorow as well. Painted the dash and door jams tan. Also got in most of the weather stripping, drivers door and rear upper and gate...

I have air conditioning AND a running M1009!

****, I'd settle just for the part number on that evap box that fits in there so nice! If i can find that then the rest is much easier. I'll try to call NAP tommorow and see if I can get the info on that. I'll post back here if I do.

I have air conditioning AND a running M1009!

I know this is old but the Nostalgic Air evap box mounts over the M1009 heater box without changing the heater setup?

    M1008 Frontend starting to sag

69 - I am looking to use these JRS springs on my M1009 also. I don't have a winch so I am wondering if they will push mine higher? Hope not as 3" is the max I would want. I could always take a leaf out. Did you have to replace your U-Bolts? Thanks!

    New M1009 CUCV owner!!

and some progress pics.. Outside is painted except the roof. You can see some of the roll marks but they're faint. I will spray it with paint gun once my air compressor is up and running since there is almost a gallon left. Inside is cleaned up just needs doors/dash painted tan, floor rolled...

    New M1009 CUCV owner!!

I ordered some samples of the Sand and Tan Durabak and the sand is definitely the way I am going. Cool stuff. Sets it off a bit more than the black bedliner. May have some leftover to do my deuce floor also..:-D I'll put up some pics tommorow. The seats and inside have been seriously...

insulating and making a cucv a bit quieter

I used this (peel/seal) with the aluminum in my deuce that I already bedlined the floor in. I cleaned the floor, then used rubbing alcohol, I heated the floor and the peel/seal with a heat gun after I peeled the back off. Then laid it down. Went down nice and was really pliable being warm and...
