Okay i got the tranny back together(i took pics) :) I'll post the pics when i can get them off the camera......i will be listing the part numbers for the bearings and seals. sort of in a hurry right now...trying to get it together for haspin :)
You can get the rubbers for the torque arms or you can buy the whole arm.....you can try saturn surplus...or memphis equipment...if you have a press you can use buying the rubbers is cheaper..........also put your location in you profile please....
The speedo cable comes through the floor behind the fuel pedal at the firewall,where the trans cover is bolted to the floor,then runs up the firewall behind the heater ducting

A really good investment in this case is like what i put on my truck a keyed battery disconect. it hooks between the battery and the ground.It is the same switch used on heavy equipment,key off and out no circut,key in and on key stays in the switch....can only remove it when in the off...
That is a good looking truck. :) Like everyone else noticed the torch tanks.......the light on top could have been put on buy the military?not sure have seen some that have civilian style lights on them....the muffler is standard on those trucks and in the correct spot.That is a really nice...
if you did that it would be easier to mount it on the truck and add an air brake valve to your pedal linkage under the dash. then just put a hose out the back on a quickcoupler.

I will post pics this weekend of my muffler setup,since it is off the truck do to the tranny being out of it....mine mounts under the truck in the same place as the non-turbo....it is a commercial muffler with the inlet and outlet on the same end...it is for the newer civilian turbo trucks whick...
Thinking about talking to a machine shop and seeing if they can bore out the gears in the tranny so i can put roller bearing in it.......what do you think?
