anyone ever found one local??? i redid all the bearings 2 weeks ago, and today while installing my lockout hubs, i found out both sides were loose!! anyway i stripped the tab washer key off on one, so now im dead in the water.
anyone?
is 2500 considered fair, or average? or is that a steal? its rebuilt in the crate...
now my other question is for the few of you who have done it, is it literally a "bolt in" affair?
im looking at a lds-465 in the crate and/or a ldt-465-1d in the crate.

i hooked it up....
pre turbo in the flange and the boost gauge to the npt fitting on the intake.
my ldt 465 1d runs 5psi of boost and 850 degrees. awful low!
the westach gauge is nice and easy to hook up!

drawing voltage off one battery results in a lower charge for that battery. the alternator charges the batteries together, which will result in killing the non-tapped battery by overcharging.
it may sound like a wives tale, but i killed alot of batteries in my m38a1 this way before i knew...
the filter is short. it resides on a brass "cone" (this seals the filter bottom) that sits on a washer that resides on a spring, that sits on another washer. the filter sits high enough to "seal" on the bottom of the filter housing lid. the spring holds sonstant pressure around the filter so...
sordin and peltor and otto have headsets that use either of these
1) bluetooth. this allows wireless commnunication with bluetooth phones, and devices
2) fm radio, which are the ones i use
3) family radio service (motorola talkabouts)
the current issue # 2 and #3 are >250, more like 400+ EACH...
