long(ish) story.
i got the egt gauge in last week. i ran it for a while to see what it would run at consistantly. when i got home the other day i called a friend who talked me through it. my injector pump cover is missing, and after arguuing i saw no cover, but a stud with 2 nuts.... we...
memphis has them. buy all three.
i too need a cable. i have the early style lever, the late style uses a different cable. saturn has the cheapest shoes
ok, i got my lockouts on, that was easy and turning was too.
i put the power steering on last night, it was easy, and steering is weird now. steers like a normal truck
i got home today and decided to turn up the fuel. i got it turned up and went from:
5lbs of boost, 900 degrees
-to-
12lbs...
does the cucv series truck have a standard diesel filler opening? or are they the larger "commercial truck" openings like at truck stops??
i know they are not the huge military size. i am aware of two size and gph rates of fuel nozzels accessable by the public.
spicer gear crawled under his and the driveshaft from the transfer to front rear (front duals) has the bolt on caps. anyone else???
if so, anyone have a spare one they will sell?

can anyone tell me if 5704135 2920-00-075-0335 is the correct p/n for the inside snap ring ujoint for the drive shaft from the front-rear axle to the transfer case??? amazingly mine have deteriorated VERY rapidly in the last two weeks
