I had the same problem and re-used the old pump. I believe me carb experience starts at post #88. I'm still running with a blue form a gasket around the horn for reasons as described.

Did you find the rebuild manual for the...
 Someday I'm gonna fill the classified section with M211 parts. Exhaust manifolds, airpacks, fuel pumps and plug wires I can send FedEx. Transmission will be tough to fit in a priority box...
I have a 25amp that comes with the purchase of a cab??? I believe we are pealing out of here on Thursday the 23rd at noon.
Looks like 623 miles and 9 hours and 23 minutes from our house. Maybe we will find a motel and stay there and go to Macus's in Custer in the morning.
Blowing thru a hose with 120psi is one thing. I don't think those return springs put 120 psi back into the system. You could also have a combination of problems like reduced pressure to the rears like I did. The others locked up quick. I suppose the right way is with some sort if pressure gauge...
That is exactly what I was afraid to say. I hate getting beat to death for a posting. I'd plug the thing right where she splits to the front end at the tee by the air pack and try it. I would never leave the yard of course. You may be surprised what happens. I'm betting on a hose problem.
I had a similar problem on the center axle. I had to break the bleeder loose to get them to completely release. If I waited they would eventually release. It did seem like one wheel on the short axle side locked up. it was weird because of the direct gear drive between the rear axles. I swear...
Nice Unit! There are 3 trucks at a salvage yard in Edgemont SD. They have your bumper parts and frame stubs. Bring a gallon of homemade cookies, a sawzall and generator. Watch out for his dog, it will get in your truck and do whatever it wants. Be scared of it.
There is another in Newcastle...
It is interesting what people did to the electrical systems on these trucks. We ran 2 civil defense brush trucks for many years with 12v tapped off the first battery for 30 years. We replaced batteries as they went bad 1 at a time. They always made it out of the warranty period. The 12 volt was...
Welcome! We pass thru Box elder a few times every year. There is usually something green involved. My M220 came from Meade County SD. Then it spent a winter in Custer SD before the trek to Wisconsin.
When did you get this truck, and where did you actually find it? I saw one go to auction last...
I don't know of any other than Feltz Tire in Marshfield. They scrap quite a bit and it does not hang around long. A huge amount of tires are available. There are a few trucks scattered around the area, but I have not seen any quantities. What are you looking for?
