    To do it the right way probably goin to have to pull the head and replace the head gasket and get a heads checked to hope it's not cracked. Maybe start by getting a coolant pressure tester and see how bad it is leaking down

    So weird mine did the same thing after I thought the top wasn't on far enough. Pushed it down to far it was choking itself. As soon as I moved it back up and tightened it down no more whistle. Hope that helps and I explained myself well enough

    Mine just blinked fast when I got mine I have the older Natron Box a new glow plug controller solved my issue. Check out TM-9-2320-280-20-1 has great info on testing including a ohm test for the controller. mine ohm'd out bad so I replaced it and that solved my problem. Better than just...

    Does your volt meter drop to the yellow also when it clicks? What PCB/EESS do you have? You may meed a new one or a new Glow Plug controller/Temp sensor since no Wait light. There is a ohm test procedure for the controller in TM-9-2320-280-20-1. TM's are your best friend.
