    Dodge m880

Yep, Army/Army National Guard registration # Unit #'s will be on right front & left rear bumpers. LF & RR are company and truck # The VIN W24BE7Sxxxxxx is the same as a standard Dodge W200 civi pickup truck. Registering it should be no more difficult than any other vehicle.

    Crew cab exhaust systems

Auto parts stores, or have it done at an exhaust shop. for an USAF crew cab vs an M880 (std Dodge pickup) exhaust, the only pipe that would be different is the one between the y-pipe and muffler(depending on wheelbase). y-pipe-intermediate pipe - muffler - over the axle pipe - tailpipe. I have...

    Historic tags for 97 M35A3

A M35A3 will still have the original 60's /70's vin on the frame rail. I know of people that have used that vin and corresponding year for the SF97 and title paperwork to get historic registration. Example: data plate says 1997 AM General and frame vin could be to a 1969 Kaiser Jeep.

Hey S&*% needed to be moved! Too bad those pesky A10's and KC135's were so hard to photograph. We were treated to plenty of training maneuvers during the show.

    MIMVPA SHOW/SWAP June 8-10, 2012

Well it rained overnight Friday. Here's a pic of Saturday's weather that kept some from coming out to play. Still over 20 trucks this morning. Including my M884 with a fuel system ailment  Everyone enjoyed Steve's MAPP gas 50 cal on his M151. I especially liked the one veteran Marine...

    MIMVPA SHOW/SWAP June 8-10, 2012

Man that's a bummer on the hub issue, better to fall back and regroup though. Glad you made it back safe. We had 24 powered vehicles and 8 or 9 trailers here for Friday. Yours would have made 25. Just looked at the weather, looks pretty good mid to high 80's and a slight chance of an afternoon...

Yes M-55 & M-65 has diesel and can handle multiple semis. Watch which pumps you pull up to, as some are for the OTR guys only. Also just South of Whittemore on M-65 is a truck stop. Running the M36A2 over to the show shortly.................

Rookie looking for M880 brake line advice

Remove driveshaft, stick your head & arms up there. Pretty straight forward, although I would just slide a new section of brake line down the frame rail from the back,

Rookie looking for M880 brake line advice

Local Auto parts store is where I'd go. I'm a little confused here though, the brake line and fuel line are on opposite sides of the truck, at least that's the way they were made.

    My M886 Ambulance

Width of W400 Identical to the M886, it is about 8 inches longer due to the 1 ton frame. Look at the pic with the two of them, you can see where the back meets the cab is the same. While we are on that, you can see the older ones are a bit narrower than the M886.
